I work in India as an associate with a year's experience and draw a measly salary of $400 pm though converted into indian currency is okay. Though if I get some additional certifications, which i do not have any apart from A+ and a certificate from an institute, this might increase by additional $100 to $150.

in UK, a starter in networking field with the requisite certifications (but with none experience) can earn around GBP 12000-15000 p.a. However, with a year or two's good experience in networking, an analyst can expect around 18-20K.

In India, i don't think that your salary will increase if you add some certifications in your portfolio.

Entry level in the US is usually around 40 - 50 k per year.
At the high end, I've seen some people earn over 100$ per HOUR.
