I had done so many application usingPHP and now I need to change to other programming lanuage..so I need some opinions for this, other suggestions?...

With java you can use Java Studio Creator:

Or if you want to try with ASP.NET 2.0 there is the Visual Web Developer Express:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/express/vwd/

both programs are free and very powerful.

JSP and Servlet should be good choice to you

Maybe you should try ASP.NET 2.0, different working environment from PHP Undecided

What is your goal? In which area would you like to go on?
Anyway, i recommend C/ C++, Ruby, Perl or Python.
