Some information about the IPTX 642-143 exam:
It's a very difficult exam because it covers many domains: Qos implementation, cvoice configuration (dial-peers, translation ...), Signaling protocols (MGCP, H323, SIP ...), CUE detailed initialization, installation and backup process, Callmanager express configuration (a lot of small details like MoH live feed, ...), voice mail integration (SIP, Octel ...), echo cancellation ( 2 or 3 questions).
A lot of drag and drop questions are asked but no configuration is required. I was asked 65 questions but maximum ten questions were from the actualtests guide that you can download from many sources for free (version 25-10-05).
So it is better to study well, have exprience in configuring ccme and cue. QoS implemenation, Gateway configuration and callmanager background knowledge will be an important plus to succeed in this exam.
